Orders & payments
You can place an order by adding the products you want to your cart. You’re responsible for ensuring that your orders are accurate. Any orders that have already been placed cannot be changed. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we cannot fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know. If you require any information concerning your order, please email us at rx@amber-pharmacy.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or prescription error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Returns & exchanges
Goods sold and received by the buyer cannot be returned as our goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only defective or incorrect items may be eligible for an exchange.
General
You agree that should Amber Compounding Pharmacy not enforce any aspect of these Terms and Conditions. This does not lead to a waiver of such rights and provisions by us. Should any of the provisions here be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
We may terminate an order at any time by writing to you if:
- What you have ordered is out of stock
- We have identified a product or prescription error
- We’re unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the product to you
- You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information necessary for us to deliver the product to you (e.g. delivery address)
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any features on this website at any time without notice.

We may change content or material on our website at any time and do not rely on any form of periodic updates. Our Terms and Conditions may also change depending on when there is deemed a need. We may inform of an update via a site notification upon entry.
